Buying with a Credit Card - Yes, it is secure
We have gone to extra lengths to ensure your peace of mind. Buying with a credit card, we offer an extremely secure online payment option during transmission of your card information. Security is bank guaranteed. When the card is debited, the payment is held in trust by MonsterPay until your order has been delivered to you.
MonsterPay/Setcom
MonsterPay is associated with Setcom and you can view information on MonsterPay at www.monsterpay.com
MonsterPay protects customers from fraudulent internet operators. They are a trusted payment financial gateway for over 100,000 customers world-wide. SA Pleasure uses MonsterPay, who are a division of Setcom, as its' gateway and all payments are secured by Thirt, an organisation well established in South Africa and backed by Werksmans Attorneys. Over 95% of First National Bank (FNB) online merchants use Setcom and Thirt.
You will know when you are on a secure (SSL) connection because the page address will begin with "https" rather than just the usual "http". Depending on your browser settings, you may also receive an alert to say that you are about to go to a secure connection. You should use a browser that supports SSL. First time User - "How to" pay by Credit Card
1) When processing your purchase, click on Monsterpay.
2) If you are in possession of a discount coupon code - please complete the code in the Coupon box and click "redeem"
to ensure that the system deducts your applicable discount offering from the sale price.
3) If you are a first time user, you will need a PIN number. Moonsterpay will e-mail your secure PIN to you.
4) Use the PIN sent to you to gain access to the window to enter your card information and pay for your product.
5) Return to the SA Pleasure site.
6) MonsterPay notifies SA Pleasure of your payment and withholds the funds until the product is delivered.
Buying without a credit card - Payment by direct transfer
You can make payment by direct transfer by safely transferring money from your bank account to our bank account, as listed on the "Order Page". The account holder "Encore Sales" has been a customer with Barclays / FNB for 45 years. This information can be verified with FNB bank as a secure deposit account. The account details are available on the order page.
"How to" pay by Direct Transfer
1) Follow the same method directed on the site to make a purchase
2) Click "Direct Deposit / Electronic Transfer"
3) If you are in possession of a discount coupon code - please complete the code in the Coupon box and click
"redeem" to ensure that the system deducts your applicable discount offering from the sale price.
Cash Deposits
You are more than welcome to choose to deposit cash directly into our bank account as listed on the order page. Regretfully, we do not accept cheques. In this instance you would be required to fax your order through to us, with a copy of your bank deposit slip. Our fax no. is - 086-684-4050 - or - 011-483-2594. Postal Orders
Postal orders or cash in the post are NOT secure in South Africa and therefore is NOT recommended.

Discount Coupon Offerings
1) Visit our SA Pleasure & SA Leather stand at the Sexpo this year and collect your business card with your
discount coupon code which will be valid for the entire month of October 2011. Discounts will vary depending
on which card you draw from the discount draw. Discounts drawn will be applied at the show as well.
2) On a weekly basis we advertise in one or more of the local Caxton Newspapers which service multiples of areas
in Greater Johannesburg. Please check our ads in the "Support your Local Business" Column to see if we are
running an ad in your area for your discount coupon code.
Orders from other countries in Africa
Delivery charges vary considerably to countries outside South Africa and into Africa. Parcels are air freighted which is the least expensive method and costs depend on size and weight. We suggest that you mail us for a quote on product and delivery costs. Should you opt to buy, then you would need to do an EFT transfer from your bank to our bank and you would need to adhere to the foreign exchange rules of your country. Please fax or email your EFT deposit slip through to us which enables us to track and confirm funds have been paid. Please be advised that transfers from other banks may take a few days and a parcel will only be processed once funds have been confirmed. You will also be advised of your parcel weighbill tracking number.
