Shipping
SAPleasure makes every effort to get your order to you in the shortest possible time and ship all items using either courier or verifiable speed post, which allows for speedy delivery and full tracking capability. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of a confirmed order being received.
From time of shipping, you would normally receive your order within 2 days of it leaving our depot.
The exception to this is if we have received a high volume of orders for an item and are currently out of stock. Should that happen, you will however be contacted and notified of the delay period.
Should you not have received your expected order within 5 days of purchase, please email us so that the order can be tracked.
Shipping Fees
We charge a standard rate of R65 per shipping order to anywhere in South Africa. Parcels that exceed 5kg and or 30 x 35 cm in width and length, may have to be split into more than one parcel. The shipping fee will then be two or more separate fees of R65 per parcel.
Shipping to other countries in Africa
Via air mail is the least expensive. Shipping charges vary from country to country in Africa. You would need to do a manual order / or a request for a quote on product and shipping. email : admin@sapleasure.co.za or fax : 086-684-4050 - or - 011-483-2594. We will quote you the airmail post office rate at the time of the quote and this amount will be added to your order. As shipping charges are more expensive, we would suggest that you order a few products to make it worth your while, as pricing is not calculated per parcel, but rather by weight. Airmail takes between 3-10 days, again, depending on the country.
Once your order is processed and packaged, we will notify you of your weighbill tracking number along with the Post Office tracking div. in order that you may track your parcel yoursef. Please be advised that once a parcel leaves the South African border, we are no longer responsible for the parcel as we will no longer have control, once it reaches the country of destination.
When placing your order from a country outside of South Africa, we will require you to confirm with us, in writing, that our services and products which you would have accessed and/or ordered on our Sa Pleasure web-site is not in any way unlawful in your area, country, province, state, municipality or other jurisdiction. We will require confirmation also that you are 18 (eighteen) years or older - or - the age of sexual majority and/ or consent within the laws of your own country.
