Returns Policy
Ordering off the internet can be difficult, especially if you are not used to online purchasing or buying by mail order. We therefore try to give you as much information as possible to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
We also offer a full guarantee that your items have been manufactured to the highest possible standards.
Should you however receive any item that is defective, we would be more than happy to issue a replacement or credit your account. We also take every care with our packaging to ensure that your items arrive in good condition. Please read through the conditions below to ensure that there can be no dissapointment or misunderstanding in terms of returns.
If an item arrives and it is defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return. This must be done within 24 hours and the item returned in its original packaging.
If you receive an item and are dissatisfied for a reason other than a defect, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return. Only items that are still in their original packaging and unused will be accepted for return.
With Videos and DVD's, the items must still be sealed to qualify for a return, unless the return is due to a definite factory defect. Please notify us immediately to arrange for a return. Items must be returned with all original packaging.
Please note that we can not accept a return on any item after 2 days from the date of delivery or within 7 days of purchase, whichever is the longer period. |
